Donald Roberts and George Stecz combined their commercial real estate experience in 1997, focusing primarily on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the Columbus area and the Midwest.  Combining over 43 years of commercial development, acquisition, and disposition experience, they have successfully marketed over $1.3 billion in office, industrial, and retail sales.  They also have a keen understanding of land development and have proven experience in the disposition of developable parcels ranging 1-1,000 acres.

In 2004, they expanded their collective abilities with the addition of Chandra Morrison's talents as their Administrative Assistant.

Recent significant transactions include National City Plaza (525,000 SF; CBD office), Pizutti Portfolio (2.6 million SF; industrial), and Lane Avenue Shopping Center (220,000 SF; upscale neighborhood retail.)
