Mr. Roberts has been an Investment Specialist with CB Richard Ellis for over 14 years. During this period, he has been extensively involved in transactions representing every major real estate product type in the market. His recent transaction volume participation exceeded $1.3 billion. In addition to investment sales, Don also has an extensive background in leasing and build-to-suit development for retail, office, warehouse, and apartment properties throughout the Columbus area. George E. Stecz
George Stecz joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as an Investment Property Specialist in early 1997 with 11 years of previous commercial real estate experience at Duke Realty, Inc. While at Duke Realty, George gained an extensive background in acquisition and built-to-suit development in office, industrial and retail properties. Since joining CBRE, George has consummated office, industrial and retail sale transactions totaling $1.3 billion in aggregate value.

Since 2004, Chandra has been responsible for collecting all market research, proposal facilitation, and the creation/distribution of all marketing and promotional materials such as flyers, e-mail presentations, and Offering Memorandums.
