Mr. Klein, in partnership with Mike Poulos, transacts solely office brokerage work on behalf of their team’s clients. They provide brokerage advisory services to office clients, including landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers. Together, Mr. Poulos and Mr. Klein have over 40 combined years of experience in commercial real estate practice and the two have participated in over 400 sale and lease transactions exceeding $200,000,000 in consideration.
Additionally, Mr. Klein is the Managing Director of Management Services for the Toledo office of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Klein combines his highly skilled training in real estate law and the real estate field to bring a rare, customer-sensitive approach to CB Richard Ellis. Through his experience as a provider and as a consumer of real estate services, Mr. Klein has developed a unique perspective to Toledo’s real estate environment.
In 1992, Mr. Klein served as the Director of Real Estate Operations and General Counsel for Romanoff Electric Corporation. He was responsible for the management of the investment real estate portfolio of one of the top 50 electrical contractors in the country. Prior to 1992, Mr. Klein was an associate with the law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick where he practiced real estate and transactional law.
In 1994, Mr. Klein, along with Harlan Reichle, founded The Reichle Klein Group, which subsequently evolved into the Toledo affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis. Achievements
