Mr. Reichle is the Senior Managing Director of the Toledo affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. In addition to his management duties, Mr. Reichle leads an investment property sales team that operates within the Private Capital (PCG) and Multi-Housing Groups. Professional Experience Mr. Reichle specializes in private market real estate sales. His expertise is in understanding the capital markets, knowing and accessing private capital investors as well as underwriting and developing marketing strategies for investment properties. His in-depth knowledge and ability to source private capital have served to create optimum value for his clients.
