Bob Pielsticker, SIOR, has been actively engaged in the real estate profession since 1983. Before joining CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma, Bob was Vice President of Trammell Crow Company and was responsible for Trammell Crow's Oklahoma and Arkansas industrial portfolio, comprising 4.8 million square feet. His duties included project leasing,new development, tenant representation, investment sales and outside brokerage services. Prior to entering the brokerage field, Bob owned and operated a nationally focused appraisal company with offices in seven major cities, appraising over $1B of commercial and residential properties in his ten-year valuation career.
