Steve Baker, CCIM, represented the owner in a lease transaction on the the former Luby’s cafeteria building located on the northeast corner of 15th and South Boston which has been totally renovated and recently occupied by “Tulsa Fertility Center” as a long term tenant. The building owner Oak Properties, LLC rebuilt the structure to meet the special medical needs of the medical center.

U.S. Cellular provides its customers with superior support through its five state-of-the-art Customer Care Centers (CCC) one of which is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Angela West, SIOR represented US Cellular in a 120,000 SF lease negotiations at Union Pines located at 4700 S. Garnett for their Customer Service Center and District Office.
Coca-Cola Enterprises, the world's largest marketer, producer and distributor of Coca-Cola products needed to expand its capacity to fulfill in-bound and replenishment orders for the Coca Cola beverages it manufactures in 46 states. After an exhaustive multi state search CCE chose Tulsa, Oklahoma to open a 61,850 Square Foot call center which is expected to employ 300 by the end of the 2007. Angela West, SIOR represented Coca Cola Enterprises in the lease negotiations at Eastgate Metroplex, which is a mixed use redevelopment of the former Eastland Mall located at 21st and 145th.
