Cascade Station

Cascade Station is a high quality, vibrant, mixed-use project at the “gateway” to Portland International Airport (PDX). Initiated more than eight years ago, Cascade Station has brought the $125 million Airport MAX lightrail line to PDX, as well as $25 million of infrastructure improvements. With its completion, the 120 acre site will encompass over 800,000 square feet of retail space, 1.2 million square feet of office space and over 300 hotel rooms in the Airport Way Corridor.
