Since 1989, Andy has been providing tenant relocation, landlord representation, and marketing services for industrial clients throughout the Portland metropolitan area. He has estabilshed himself as one of the dominant forces in the industry and is often quoted in the Business Journal and The Oregonian. He has developed strong relationships with key institutional clients and currently oversees marketing efforts on over 1.3 milion square feet of industrial space.
