Mark Fitkin, Senior Managing Director|Global Alliance Director provides executive oversight and directs delivery of all CBRE services including leasing, property management, investment sales and others for CBRE Investors.
From 1998-2009, Mark was Managing Director of the Portland, Oregon office. In that role, he oversaw all lines of business in the Portland office including: Brokerage, Property Management, Project Management, Finance, Appraisal and Consulting. Additional responsibilities included, financial oversight of the office, business development, client retention, and value-added services for clients and office professionals.
Mark joined CB Richard Ellis in 1987. He gained national recognition as a premier retail broker, providing consultation in ownership services, tenant representation, and investment properties. Achievements
