Our Process

DEFINE
We initialize every project with an in-depth discovery session, establishing the client's critical real estate goals and identifying vital factors of influence. A requirement analysis is performed and a multi-layered diagnostic solution is constructed. The project objective and timeline are then created and reviewed.

MEASURE
We constantly track and analyze real-time market conditions and statistics, allowing for up-to-the-minute knowledge of the ever evolving trends and dynamics in the marketplace. This data is measured against the client's project objective and allows us to pin-point strategies for reaching thier real estate goals. This extensive market knowledge allows us to detect unseen needs and opportunities that can lie within the broad stoke's of a client's objectives.

ANALYZE
With a unique understanding of our client's needs and in-depth market knowledge, we prepare market scenarios pursuant to the project objective. Drawing on the full breadth of the CBRE Industrial Platform and Global Services, we prepare custom surveys, reports and conduct property tours based on the specific details of the requirement analysis.

IMPROVE
Our client's options are explored and a strategy is mapped out to determine the optimal choices. We organize and manage the document execution process and qualify the benefits and costs of each option until the short list has been refined. We directly manage and facilitate all negotiations, from Requests for Proposals, Letters of Intent, to the final purchase or lease contract signing.

CONTROL
Our client's satisfaction is our number one priority. We ensure efficient delivery of all reports and contracts, and conduct ongoing performance evaluations with our clients. We keep our clients informed of all new and emerging developments, trends and data vital to the sucess of thier project objective and real estate goals.
