As CB Richard Ellis’ Managing Director of Project Management for the Greater Philadelphia Region, Jim Carter is responsible for managing and directing all development/construction projects and services in the region.
Jim has over 25 years of experience representing Fortune 500 corporations in directing their workplace strategy, tenant fit-up and build-to-suit projects. His leadership has right-sized their space needs while managing their expenses and mitigating risks associated with construction, procurement, and timing. His keen focus on project process and project delivery has consistently resulted in his clients meeting and/or exceeding their business goals and objectives.
