Carl Gersbach, Managing Director, oversees the firm's commercial and industrial brokerage division in the Pennsylvania suburbs based in Wayne, PA.  He played an integral role in the expansion of this market that includes the counties of Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester. In addition, he oversees the brokerage operations in the Lehigh Valley.

Carl joined the Office Leasing Department in July of 1983 and over a period of approximately 10 years was responsible for the successful leasing of I, II and III Bala Plazas; the Radnor Corporate Center, 101 Bryn Mawr Avenue and the Rose Tree Corporate Center. Combined these projects total approximately two million square feet of space. During that period, he averaged 45 leasing transactions per year for a total of approximately 300,000 square feet leased annually.

In 1993, Carl assumed the leadership for overseeing the company's multi-market business. Since that time, the company's Philadelphia Region has quadrupled its out-of-market real estate business developing accounts.
