Tenant Representation
Eckert Seamans

The Challenge

For over two decades The CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Pittsburgh Office has enjoyed a successful client relationship with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC (Eckert Seamans). Eckert Seamans is a national full-service law firm based in Pittsburgh, PA, with two offices located in the Pittsburgh area and eight additional offices located throughout the Eastern United States.

The continual challenge faced by CBRE is maintaining this strong business relationship with a firm that is constantly evolving through mergers, expansions and/or downsizing.  Effective evaluations and decisions are critical to allow Eckert Seamans maximum flexibility to adapt their real estate to match their continual changing business structure.

The Solution

Andy Wisniewski, as the single point of contact through the entire 20 year relationship has assembled top professionals across several markets to ensure the success of this account. In all assignments with Eckert Seamans the CBRE team implements a customized plan which allows the team to work seamlessly to formulate and carry out real estate strategies that seize the most aggressive market opportunities and supports Eckert Seamans’ business objectives.

The CBRE team surveys the entire marketplace for each transaction and identifies the best solution.  Our approach ensures quality, consistency and continuity throughout the entire service delivery process. A hands-on approach is used through the entire transaction from initial market review through construction and physical relocation.

The following services are provided to Eckert Seamans:
