Andrew J. Wisniewski serves as the Executive Vice President of the CBRE Pittsburgh Landlord Agency Division.  In addition he represents selective clients on an exclusive basis in their various real estate requirements. As team leader for Agency Leasing in the Pittsburgh region Mr. Wisniewski oversees the group’s 11 million square foot leasing portfolio consisting of over 50 office properties in the Pittsburgh market.

During his career, he has specialized in the negotiation of office leases through representation of landlords and tenants.  His direct efforts have included the execution of over three million square feet of leases and investment sales valued at over $300 million dollars.

Mr. Wisniewski represents AREA Property Partners in the leasing efforts of U.S. Steel Tower, a 2.3 million square foot 64-story Class “A” office building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Andy has led this effort for 20 years as the primary point person on all leasing and marketing functions.  With his strong financial analysis and marketing background, Mr. Wisniewski has been pivotal in the continued success of this Pittsburgh’s landmark property.  Some of the highlights include:  370,000 SF lease with PNC Bank Corp. as a new tenant, a 450,000 SF restructuring and long term extension of U.S. Steel, lead the sale of the general partnership from Odin Management (formerly Integrated Resources) to Apollo Investors, and a recent re-anchoring of the building through a long term lease with UPMC for 515,000 SF.

• Mr. Wisniewski is annually recognized as one of the top -producing brokers in the Pittsburgh office and is routinely recognized on a national basis as one of the top brokers by CB Richard Ellis.
• SIOR Downtown Office Lease of the Year Award 2007 for the UPMC lease.
• Commercial Property News recognized him for his representation of the Landlord in the PNC Bank Corp lease.
• Clients such as Eckert Seamans, Pittsburgh’s 4th largest law firm have used Mr. Wisniewski to exclusively represent their real estate interests for over 19 years in various markets including Philadelphia, Boston, Washington D.C. and Florida.
• For 2002 Mr. Wisniewski was included in the Colbert Circle, recognizing the top 3% of CBRE brokers throughout the country.
