A 39-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Charles Francis is primarily involved with the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  In addition, Charlie is responsible for the Providence brokerage office by overseeing day-to-day operations. In his career, he has negotiated transactions well in excess of $500 million. The former Chair of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, Charlie has been a leader in Rhode Island's business community for over 30 years.

After college, Charlie served in the United States Navy for five years attaining the rank of Lieutenant. He began his real estate career with Ryan Elliott and Co. of Rhode Island, Inc. of which he became President/Owner. In 1998, the company was sold to CB Richard Ellis.
