As Broker In Charge of CB Richard Ellis Carmody, Charles Carmody has achieved two of primary career goals – to run his own business and to build a career in commercial real estate. Now he says his challenges are pursuing innovations in real estate, boosting services to clients and growing the company.
During his 20 years in commercial real estate as a broker, Charles has brought together buyers and sellers and lessees and lessors, and negotiated sales and leases for all types of commercial properties. Now, he also supervises an office staff of more than a dozen.
Charles, a Lowcountry native, lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Mary Page, and their two children.
