As CEO of the CB Richard Ellis Memphis Affiliate office, Mr. Adams has 22 years of service as a principal of the company. He is responsible for all business operations and projects of the company.  Kevin oversees all phases of exclusive property leasing and key client relationships as well as the marketing of new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include real estate acquisitions, leasing strategy, and overall market analysis.

In 2003, Kevin helped launch Locally Global Investments (LGI), a real estate investment company based in Memphis, Tennessee with assets across the country. LGI partners with individuals and companies within the localities in which they are investing.

Then in 2004, Kevin started H2O Properties, LLC which is based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. H2O Properties specializes in the sales/leasing of multifamily/condo and single family residences as well as commercial properties along the Florida panhandle. In addition to the Santa Rosa Beach location, H20 has offices in Destin and Panama City, Florida with a total of 18 agents.
