As Chairman and CEO of the CB Richard Ellis Memphis Affiliate office, Kevin Adams has 25 years of service as a principal and leader of the company. He is responsible for oversight of all business operations of the company. Kevin oversees all key client relationships as well as the marketing of new business and investment opportunities. Additional responsibilities include real estate acquisitions, development and overall market analysis and strategy. 

In 2003, Kevin launched Locally Global Investments (LGI), a real estate investment company based in Memphis with assets across the country. LGI partners with individual investors and investment companies within the localities in which they are investing.

Kevin is an owner of Ledic Group, LLC and has served as CEO and Co-Chairman.
