Paul Gaither has been with the CBRE Investment Properties Group since 1997, specializing in retail investment sales throughout the southeast.
During this time, he has coordinated the sale of neighborhood, community and power centers, enclosed malls, single tenant net leased investments, and retail land totaling over $730 million in value and 8.6 million in square feet. Notable transactions include the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek ($131 million), the Village Portfolio ($41 million), Tigertown in Opelika, AL ($31.6 million), Rivergate Station in Nashville, TN ($20.6 million), and Riverplace Shopping Center in Sevierville, TN ($19.4 million). Paul has been a Top Five Producer in the Nashville office since 2003.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gaither practiced architecture, where his duties included the design and project management of numerous hotel, retail, and industrial facilities throughout the southeast.
Mr. Gaither earned a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee.
