The Class A, downtown office tower totaling 459,958 square feet was purchased for $51,700,000 by North Development Group through a joint venture structure with Parkway Properties.

Massey of CBRE’s Nashville office successfully represented Forest City Properties in the disposition of The Landings of Brentwood, a 724-unit luxury apartment community in upscale Franklin, Tennessee, (Nashville MSA). The Class A property was purchased for $68.5 million by Venterra Realty.
