With 32 years in commercial real estate, Charles Cirar is a specialist in acquisition and disposition strategies for multi-family properties and development sites in the Texas and Southwestern U.S. markets. Mr. Cirar is currently marketing multi-family projects and development sites exceeding $500 million in value. He closed over $600 million in transactions in 2005, and over 47% of the total volume sold in the Austin market. Mr. Cirar has the the highest sales volume ever achieved by CBRE or any other multifamily brokerage firm in the history of the Central Texas markets.  Mr. Cirar was the #3 ranked broker in the nation for CBRE Multi-Housing in 2006, and the #7 ranked broker overall for CBRE on a global basis for all property types.  In 2007, Mr. Cirar was the #1 ranked Multi-Housing broker in the nation and the #5 ranked broker for all property types for CBRE.   In 2008, Mr. Cirar was the #1 ranked Multi-Housing broker in the nation and the #4 ranked broker for all property types for CBRE.
