Charles Dixon joined CB Richard Ellis In 1989 and currently serves as a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in Austin, specializing in Corporate Services. His assignments have consistently included many of the largest lease negotiations in the Austin marketplace. Mr. Dixon brings to the Corporate Services client an extensive background in the fundamentals of banking, real estate development and management.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Dixon spent eighteen years in the Texas banking industry with the final seven years in the real estate lending department of First City National Bank in Houston, Texas, as a Senior Vice President. He has also served on the boards of banks in Texas and New Mexico.

Following a successful banking career, Mr. Dixon developed in excess of 2,000,000 square feet of multi-family and office projects in the Houston and Austin markets. During this period, he served as a director of the Houston Apartment Association.
