Colin Armstrong is an Associate of CB Richard Ellis in Austin, Texas, where he specializes in Industrial and Land transactions.

Colin is responsible for representing clients during negotiations and has demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the transaction process, which enables his clients to entrust him with strategic consulting and transaction services.  His experience includes tenant representation for national, regional and local users of large scale distribution and warehouse needs.  Colin also handles the acquisition and disposition of development land in the Central Texas region for developers with uses that include residential, medical, senior multi-housing, retail and industrial.

Prior to joining CBRE, Colin was a partner with a local brokerage firm where he provided risk assessment and due diligence studies for developers in single-family and multi-family sites.  Colin also previously held the Research Assistant position with CB Richard Ellis in Austin from 2005-2006.
