Erin Morales, a Vice President with the Austin Tenant Representation team at CB Richard Ellis in Austin, specializes in assisting corporate clients with their real estate needs.
Mrs. Morales began her commercial real estate career ten years ago in CBRE’s research department. Less than a year after her initial employment, the tenant representation team recruited Erin as a marketing specialist. Her diligence and dedication to the team and their clients resulted in placement as a team Associate nearly one year later. As an Associate, Mrs. Morales contributed to enough transactions to earn a Senior Associate title in two years. Today, her participation in the successful closings of lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 4.2 million square feet, has propelled her into an upper- level position within the team and garnered consistent industry recognition as one of the top tenant representation professionals in the Austin MSA.
Mrs. Morales prides herself on excellent customer service, offering a full-service approach to her clients. While focusing on tenant representation, she has also successfully represented many companies in the need to dispose of excess space by way of sublease. Further, she specializes in the acquisition and disposition of “mission critical” real estate such as data centers, telecommunication sites and call centers. Achievements
