 Greg Marberry, First Vice President, has over 25 years of expertise in all facets of industrial property transactions, including leasing, sales, acquisition, land, build-to-suit and underwriting throughout the Central Texas Area.

John McCambridge, Senior Associate, has over 29 years of extensive experience in sales, leasing and strategic analysis, development, construction, financing consultation and tenant representation. He specializes in industrial tenant representation and land acquisitions for industrial properties across the Central Texas Area.

John Barksdale, Senior Associate, has over eight years of commercial real estate experience including acquisition, disposition, leasing and property management.  His focus is industrial leasing and sales within the Austin and surrounding areas.

Colin Armstrong, Associate, focuses on many different areas of the industrial real estate field; including leasing and sales transactions.  Colin was previously a research assistant with the CBRE Austin office and has a solid grasp of market trends and properties within Austin and the surrounding areas.

Alison Hoyt, Client Services Specialist, is responsible for marketing design, presentations, client relations and department coordination.
