W. Blaine Hale has been responsible for all leasing activity for Lincoln Plaza since January 2000 for its current ownership, The California State Teachers' Retirement System (CALSTRS). The 45-story Class A office tower consists of 1.2 million square feet and is located in the Central Business District of Dallas, Texas. Prior to his employment to CB Richard Ellis he served as Vice President/Leasing in Dallas for Jones Lang LaSalle/LaSalle Partners, responsible for all marketing, lease transactions, lease renewals and expansions for many CBD Class A buildings including Bank One Center, 2100 Ross and numerous Class A projects located throughout the Dallas/ Fort Worth Real Estate market.
During his 20 plus years of leasing experience, Mr. Hale has completed leases for more than 2.9 million square feet of class A commercial office space. Previously, he has held leasing/marketing positions in the Dallas area with the following companies, Senior Leasing Manager for Paragon Group/Insignia Commercial, Rosewood Property Company and Property Company of America.
