With more than seven years of experience in brokering investment properties, Mr. Deuillet has negotiated the sale of more than $115M in multi-housing transactions throughout the state of Texas. Successful execution experience includes tax credit sales, loan assumptions and traditional multi-housing deal structures.

Mr. Deuillet's role on the Dallas Multi-Housing Team is transacting “C” class investment property and private client sales. He works in partnership with Nita StewartDirk Goris, William J. Baxter, Jr. and Mark Stymiest. His specialties include valuation, transaction execution, marketing, sales negotiation, and escrow management.
