Jeff Kittleson serves as a Senior Vice President within CB Richard Ellis’ (CBRE) Retail Services group. With more than 18 years of brokerage experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, Mr. Kittleson has executed over 400 retail lease and sale transactions totaling approximately 2.5 million SF. Specializing in big box retail tenant representation, pad site acquisitions, power center leasing, and land sales, Mr. Kittleson has built strong relationships in the brokerage and development community, enabling him to successfully execute transactions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Kittleson currently handles the North Texas expansion programs for Bank of America, 24 Hour Fitness, and Whataburger. In addition his team represents several prominent landlords including Kimco Realty, Cole Capital, Big Shopping Centers, Trammell Crow Company and Kite Realty Group.
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Kittleson was with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), which he joined in 1996 as a retail leasing specialist. During his decade-long tenure at TCC, Mr. Kittleson led the project leasing efforts for more than 40 shopping centers. Before joining TCC, Mr. Kittleson began his career with Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in market research, national retail tenant representation and project leasing.
