Michael Caffey is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas/Fort Worth office. He is responsible for setting and deploying the local business strategy for Global Corporate Services, Tenant Representation, Retail, and corporate relationships. Mr. Caffey’s focus is supporting the growth of the above business lines and championing the delivery of the best-in-class services for the clients of the same.
Mr. Caffey has extensive experience in commercial real estate having worked in the industry for over 13 years. His responsibilities have included account management, portfolio strategy, market master planning, and acquisition and disposition transactions. His account transactional work represents over four million square feet throughout the United States, Canada, Central America and South America.
During his real estate career, Mr. Caffey has represented a number of companies across the country including: 3M, Aon, AT&T Wireless, Avanade, Avaya, Buck Consultants, Clear Channel Communications, Dell, EDS, FedEx/Kinko’s, Home Depot, MedWestvaco, Mellon Financial, Philip Morris, Rockwell Automation, RR Donnelley, Sun Microsystems, United Nations, Whirlpool, Xerox.
Prior to joining CBRE Michael served as a Senior Vice President/Corporate Services with Trammell Crow Company. He also served as a Vice President/Tenant Rep at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas and earlier in his career as a Vice President at The Yeaman Companies.
