Nita Stewart joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999. She has over 12 years of experience in the sale of multi-housing investment properties.
As a member of the CBRE Private Client Group she primarily represents private real estate owners and investors. She has also represented institutional clients in the disposition of non-core and REO assets.
Ms. Stewart’s role on the Dallas Multi-Housing Team is transacting “C” class investment property and private client sales. She works in partnership with Chris Deuillet, Dirk Goris, William J. Baxter, Jr. and Mark Stymiest. Her specialties include valuation, transaction execution, marketing, sales negotiation, and escrow management.
