Robert Key is a Senior Financial Analyst for the Dallas Multi-Housing Group. He has over 4 years of real estate experience and is primarily responsible for managing multiple transactions in all stages of the listing process, from investment underwriting to coordination of the due diligence process.
Prior to joining CBRE, Rob served as a Senior Analyst with another multi-family brokerage company where he was involved in the underwriting, marketing and closing of more than 13,500 multi-family units totaling over $850 million in value. His roles included coordination of investment analyses, underwriting, pre-marketing due diligence, preparation of investment packages, offering brochures and financial modeling.
