John Simons is Vice President of CB Richard Ellis’ Industrial Corporate Services Group in Houston, TX. He focuses on representing industrial users in the disposition, acquisition and leasing of properties. By assisting companies in their real estate strategy and implementation, John coordinates such activities as lease negotiation and restructuring, sale/leaseback of existing facilities, build to suit oversight, comprehensive site selections and location consulting.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, John held the position of Corporate Account Executive with Danaher Tool Group, working exclusively with W.W. Grainger headquartered in Lake Forest, IL.
