As Senior Vice President and Shareholder with CB Richard Ellis, Micheal Palmer brings more than twenty-four years of experience to solving a wide range of client requirements. His focus is on the sale and leasing of industrial, commercial and investment real estate, and he is the lead Account Director of the Houston Industrial Brokerage Service team. Throughout his career he has been involved in more than 900 transactions valued at over $1.1 billion.
Micheal begain his real estate career in 1983 as Research Director for Benton/Gould Properties, a land syndication company. He joined CB Richard Ellis in 1986 as a Regional Market Analyst and moved into Brokerage in 1988. He quickly became a leading industrial broker within the company, including being Rookie of the year in1990. He developed broad advisory service expertise including consultation on strategic planning, build-to-suit and design-build transactions, sales/leasebacks, equity and debt financing, acquisitons and dispositions. He is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Food Services Network and the National Tenant Advisory Team. He has provided clients with in-depth analysis throughout the decision making process which has led to superior financial results and measureable savings. He has completed transactions internationally and his Corporate Service team has strong capabilities and connections in Mexico and South America.
Micheal has been deeply involved in redevelopment activity in Houston’s Inner Loop and is a recognized leader in urban conversion property transactions.
Micheal has served his community through involvement in the Neartown Association, The Woodland Heights Associationa and as a coach in the Braes Bayou/West University Little League and West University Soccer Club.
