Mustang Engineering - Steve Hesse and Sanford Criner represented Mustang Engineering in their 200,000 square foot lease in a five-story building to be constructed in west Houston. The new building, Ten West Center Two, will have 250,000 square feet of space and break ground in the first quarter of 2006. The engineering firm also occupies 198,000 square feet at the Ten West Center One building.

Kinder Morgan - Aaron Howes and Kyle Kelley represented Kinder Morgan in its long-term renewal and expansion of the company's Downtown headquarters. The firm leased 214,000 square feet of office space in One Allen Center.

CITGO - Sanford Criner helped this long-time Tulsa-based
refining and distributing company relocate to Houston. With few large options in the chosen market, CBRE convinced a tenant - who wished to downsize - to vacate completely. CITGO was able to lease 250,000 square feet and keep its very tight timetable.



Cooper Cameron - wanted a forward looking headquarters to move them into the 21st century. Working with Charles Gordon, they were able to occupy 214,000 square feet in a brand new, state-of-the-art building with improved location and visibility. CBRE was responsible for market analysis, strategy development, developer solicitation and selection, site selection, renewal vs. build-to-suit and lease vs. own analyses, and base building/interior input.

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation - CB Richard Ellis has been a strategic partner with Anadarko for more than 25 years, completing almost 4 million square feet of transactions. Gerry Trione recently facilitated Anadarko's relocation to a 32-story, 800,000 square foot office tower overlooking Lake Robbins in The Woodlands.
