Stone & Webster Engineering owned and occupied a six-story, 312,000 SF building in The Enclave, a master-planned office building park in West Houston. Due to slowdown in its engineering business, they no longer required all of their space and needed to lease two floors of excess space. |

Stone & Webster retained CB Richard Ellis with a directive to lease the space as quickly as possible. After analyzing the benefits of the building a focused list of prospective tenants was identified. Through direct marketing to these specific prospects a tenant was identified within 30 days. Two months later, a ten-year, 104,000 SF lease was executed. |
