Bert Stevens joined CB Richard Ellis in 1996 to open the firm’s Hotel Partners office in Dallas. He focuses on small and large single asset transactions and portfolio sales throughout the central United States, specializing in key Texas markets. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, he has handled the sales of 78 hotels nationwide with a total purchase price of over $550 million.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Bert served as a principal in Westbrooke Hospitality Corporation for over 20 years, where he was responsible for the operations and financial management of 54 hotels. Achievements
