Mr. Frazer has been employed with CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Equity Finance (then L.J. Melody & Company) since 1986, first serving as Controller and then as Chief Financial Officer beginning in 1990. He joined the audit staff of Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) upon college graduation where he served clients in the petroleum and oil field supply industries for five years. During the next eight years he served as vice president and controller of several closely held oil field companies in the Houston area, including Wilson Supply Division, one of the nation's largest oil field supply companies.
At CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Frazer is responsible for all financial accounting, financial reporting and income tax functions, all loan servicing and asset management functions for Capital Markets multi-billion dollar portfolio, managing and coordinating all banking relationships for escrow and reserve accounts associated with the serviced loans, managing and coordinating warehouse lines of credit, and the coordination of all data processing functions.
Mr. Frazer has also been responsible for all other administrative functions including personnel, regulatory and licensing matters, employee benefits and all other non-lending functions. As controller and CFO for a variety of closely held companies, Mr. Frazer has gained valuable experience in all aspects of the corporate environment.
