Bonnie Kelley is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis specializing in office leasing. Bonnie joined CBRE in early 2007 with 23 years of real estate experience and since joining CBRE, has completed over 1.5-million square feet in office lease transactions throughout multiple markets with a total consideration exceeding $250-million. In 2009 she was presented with the coveted Landlord Representative of the Year Award from the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (“HOLBA”) and achieved the firm’s 2008 top-ranking sales position. Bonnie was also named a 2008 MVP Heavy Hitter by the Houston Business Journal which is the first time a project leasing specialist in Houston has been named in this designation.
With over 25 years of experience, Bonnie approaches each project with a well formulated and successfully executed strategy resulting in leased projects, while increasing rental rates and the overall quality of the tenant mix on a portfolio that presented multiple challenges.
