Cody Persyn is an Senior Associate for the Portfolio Services team of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Persyn's primary responsibilities include asset valuation and cash flow modeling using Microsoft Excel and Argus financial software. Mr. Persyn is responsible for all electronic marketing, such as LoopNet and CBRE properties. He also participates in database management, market analysis and marketing.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Portfolio Services, Mr. Persyn worked in the Appraisal Department of C.L. McDade & Company, an appraisal firm focused on the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.
