Donna Ramsdell Kolius is Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis Portfolio Services. Ms. Kolius' primary focus has been the sale of large portfolios on a national basis. Her national portfolios include office, service centers, flex space, research and development, retail, industrial and master planned communities. She is responsible for new business development, contract negotiations, strategic planning, asset valuation, broker selection, marketing plan coordination and due diligence oversight.
