Elke S. Laughlin is a Vice President for CB Richard Ellis serving as a marketing liaison to CBRE Investors. In this capacity, Ms. Laughlin works with leasing teams around the country, along with dedicated marketing professionals, to help drive consistent, branded, innovative marketing collateral materials; as well as the development of high-end creative projects that delivers the CBRE Investors message to external and internal clients.
Professional Experience
In 1992, Ms. Laughlin began her career with CB Richard Ellis as the Administrative Manager of the Houston Downtown brokerage office and was promoted to Assistant Vice President for the Houston Area Operations in 1995. In 1998, Ms. Laughlin was promoted to Regional Director of Human Resources & Administrative Services for the Southwest Region. In 2001, Ms. Laughlin was named Marketing Director of Brokerage Operations for the Houston market. In 2003, Ms. Laughlin became the management liaison to the CBRE Self Storage Advisory Group, a national practice which specializes in the acquisition and disposition of institutional and private capital self storage real estate. In 2007, Ms. Laughlin was promoted to Vice President for CBRE’s Americas Brokerage. Achievements

In 2002, Ms. Laughlin spearheaded the first company-wide Sales Professional's Mentoring Program.
In 2001, Ms. Laughlin was appointed to a company-wide advisory board for the Women's Networking Forum.
Ms. Laughlin was appointed by CBRE Board of Directors' sales professional representative as the first Operations Manager to serve as a committee member for the 1999-2000 Professional Advisory Committee.
