James J. Tramuto joined the Houston office of CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Equity Finance (then CBRE|Melody) in 2003. Since joining the company, Mr. Tramuto has advised or assisted owner clients on over $500 million of debt/equity origination and/or product disposition.
Mr. Tramuto is also acting as a primary liaison within the CBRE Capital Markets platform working on joint dispositions & acquisitions with various markets within the Mid Western United States. Mr. Tramuto’s focus is on the sourcing of debt funds for acquirers of real estate and keeping existing owner clients appraised of the ever-changing capital markets.
