Mr. Majewski has been actively involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for the past 17 years. His current responsibilities include the management of the southern California region, client development, and all operational activities for CBRE Capital Markets. Majewski is based in the firm's headquarters office in Houston, Texas.
During his tenure at CBRE Capital Markets; previously CBRE|Melody, Mr. Majewski has been active in loan origination, loan servicing, asset management, administration and financial reporting and most recently was key in carrying out the company’s strategic plan for growth and expansion through mergers and acquisition. He completed seven acquisitions of commercial mortgage banking firms.
Prior to joining Melody in 1990, Mr. Majewski was Corporate Controller for The Mischer Corporation, a Houston based real estate development firm that specialized in the development of office buildings and single family residential lots in Houston. In addition, he was a Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen & Company, with an emphasis in the real estate and banking industries. Achievements
