Lisa Hankamer’s background encompasses over 19 years’ experience within the hospitality industry. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ms Hankamer was Principal of a family owned hotel development and management company, focused on hotel real estate transactions.

Within the past 3 years, Ms. Hankamer has been responsible for over $135 Million in hospitality related transactions.  A high-energy, results-oriented executive with an extensive and varied background in the hospitality sector, Ms. Hankamer’s primary strengths include analysis of hotel real estate operations and consulting expertise for investors in hotel real estate.

Achievements

• Responsible for start-up of hotel real estate brokerage firm, achieving over $42M in hotel transactions and refinancing within first years of operation
• Contributed to start-up, pre-development and marketing of over $24M in new hotel construction
• Developed corporate website with interactive real estate listings
• Established and managed database of over 2000 active buyers/sellers of hotels
• Managed the business and marketing plan development for multiple hotel locations and oversaw adherence to budget by property level management
• Managed human resources department and developed employee handbook for regional hotel management company with over $85M in assets
• Responsible for candidate search, interviewing and employment testing for management level positions
