Pierce Owens joined CB Richard Ellis Portfolio Services as an Account Executive in 2003, and was promoted to Vice President in 2008.  Mr. Owens' primary responsibility is to implement the marketing strategy for the national disposition of real estate portfolios.  Activities include valuation, marketing strategy, contract negotiations, due diligence oversight and closing activities. 

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Portfolio Services, Mr. Owens was employed with El Paso Corporation as an Energy Trader, Senior Financial Analyst and as a Principal in the Corporate Risk Management Group.

Mr. Owens also has extensive experience in discounted cash flow analyses, credit risk management, and financial risk management of derivative portfolios.  He is also proficient in the use of database software, such as Lotus Approach and Microsoft Acess, and financial software utilizing Argus Financial software and custom-designed Excel applications.
