Holly Minter is a principal in CBRE | Melody’s Houston headquarters office. Her primary focus is advising local, regional and national commercial property owners on their capital needs. With over 20 years in real estate investment banking, Holly has a diverse client base that actively acquires and develops commercial real estate throughout the U.S. Holly has extensive experience in arranging structured financing including A/B notes, mezzanine debt, equity, joint ventures and construction financing.
Since 2000, Holly has completed over $4 billion in commercial real estate financings of which $3 billion have been multi-family related. Holly has received national recognition by CBRE for her production and presently serves on CBRE’s Multi-Housing Major Accounts Group and CBRE | Melody’s Structured Finance Committee.
