Jeremy Richmond is an Account Executive for the Portfolio Services team of CB Richard Ellis.  Mr. Richmond’s primary responsibilities include asset valuation and cash flow modeling using Microsoft Excel and Argus financial software. Mr. Richmond is responsible distribution of information via LoopNet and CBRE-properties.  He also participates in database management, market analysis and marketing.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Portfolio Services, Mr. Richmond provided global valuation and consulting services for an independent financial advisory services firm based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Richmond’s prior focus included appraising a full spectrum of commercial real estate, assisting portfolio buyer’s and financial institutions with transaction due diligence, cost segregation studies, and performing purchase price allocations for both tax and financial reporting purposes.

Mr. Richmond also has significant experience with various structured capital markets products including bank loans and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities.  As a third party special servicer, he monitored the performance of over $1.5 Billion in assets and advised investors with an interest in 1,500 commercial real estate loans representing  $9.2 Billion in credit outstanding.
