Jeremy Richmond is an Account Executive for the Portfolio Services team of CB Richard Ellis.  Mr. Richmond leads the marketing and disposition of assets owned by national restaurant companies, a major energy corporation, and REO bank properties. Mr. Richmond is also responsible for individual asset valuation, cash flow modeling, and underwrites complex commercial real estate portfolios of all types. His duties include monitoring investment trends, understanding the macroeconomic environment, tracking submarket data, and learning how changes in government regulatory agencies impact the asset and capital markets.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Portfolio Services, Mr. Richmond provided global valuation and consulting services for an independent financial advisory services firm based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Richmond has experience appraising a full spectrum of commercial real estate, assisting portfolio buyer’s and financial institutions with transaction due diligence, cost segregation studies, and performing purchase price allocations for both tax and financial reporting purposes.

Mr. Richmond also has significant experience with various structured capital markets products including bank loans and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities.
