Rebecca Mahaffey joined CBRE Portfolio Services as a Client Services Coordinator with primary responsibility for database management, creation of marketing material and website management for all disposition projects. Her responsibilities include creation and management of custom database programs applicable to each portfolio project throughout the disposition process.
Ms. Mahaffey is also responsible for the collection of information required for the production of all marketing materials including property brochures, offering memorandums and due diligence information. She reviews the quality of all documents, and then posts applicable information to the CBRE Portfolio Services website. Ms. Mahaffey's web design ensures posting of accurate information with ease of access while maintaining client confidentiality.
