Mr. Rocher brings 36 years in the business with very strong tenant broker relationships. Mr. Rocher’s professional experience includes both office and industrial commercial real estate transactions. He and his team are responsible for consummating well over 200 office transactions annually. He has been a consistent top producer at Grubb & Ellis, Trammell Crow and CBRE (Colbert Coldwell Circle 2009). After outperforming his competitors in strong and soft markets, he has been recognized as one of the top project leasing specialists in Houston. He is currently responsible for leasing a 26-building, 6.2-million square foot Class A and B suburban office portfolio.
