Steve Rocher is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Rocher heads the Leasing and Corporate Services business lines in the company's Houston office. Responsible for leading these business lines, and multi-disciplined teams, Mr. Rocher also plays an active production role providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to public and private sector clients.
Mr. Rocher’s professional experience includes both office and industrial commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Rocher has been a top producer in Houston for many years. He is responsible for leasing a 33 building, 5.1 million square foot suburban office portfolio.
