The Detailed Information includes the survey, title, environmental, Property Condition Report and the Agreement of Sale on which to submit an offer.  All due diligence materials are supplied in the beginning of and during the offering period.  Buyers are asked to complete their due diligence before submitting an offer. (The contract does not provide for a due diligence period after contract execution).

The mechanism for submitting an offer is the Purchase and Sale Agreement provided as the last section of the Detailed Information Package.

The Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement is available as an electronic form.  By clicking on the "I Agree and Send" button, you are signing this agreement electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Electronic Signature Act and applicable State Law and agree to be bound by its terms.
