The CB Richard Ellis Salt Lake City office originally opened in 1984 as a small boutique real estate firm. The office now has 44 real estate professionals and over 106 employees, and is the 2nd largest full service real estate firm in the state of Utah. In 2007, the office negotiated and closed over $435 million in total transactions with over $209 million in lease transaction consideration.
